If your TV supports installing apps, things are now much more straightforward. You can install the TikTok app directly on your TV and start watching videos on it. The TikTok app works with the following devices:
- Amazon Fire TV
- Android TV
- Chromecast with Google TV
- LG Smart TVs (2018 or newer)
- Samsung Smart TVs
Step 1: Turn on your supported TV and access the App Store.
Step 2: Now, search for the TikTok app and hit the Install button. Wait for the download to complete and install it on your TV.
Step 3: Sign in to your TikTok account if you already have one. Or sign up for a new account.

If your TV does not support installing apps, you can stream TikTok content to your TV. This method requires a smartphone or a computer. The steps vary depending on which device you are using. We will cover the steps below.
How to Mirror Android to a TV
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your Android device and enable screen mirroring on your phone.
Step 2: Search for your TV, and it should show up on the list. From here, select your TV to initiate the connection.
Step 3: Now, your TV should display the content on your Android device. All you need to do is launch the TikTok app and watch your videos.
How to Mirror iPhone to a TV
If you have an iOS device, you can use AirPlay 2 to cast the content from your iPhone to the bigger screen. Make sure your TV is AirPlay 2-compatible before moving ahead. Also, your iPhone and TV need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 1: Open the Control Center on your iPhone and tap Screen Mirroring.

If you have a Mac, the steps are different. You can AirPlay from your Mac machine to your TV.
Step 1: Open System Preferences on your Mac and select Displays.
Step 2: Click the AirPlay Display menu and select the TV you want to mirror your screen to.
